We have the complete Winner and Best Promo card set! These cards include Mewtwo, Rocket's Scizor, Rocket's Sneasel, Dark Ivysaur, Electabuzz, Hitmonchan, Rainbow Foil and the very rare Reverse Holo Professor Elm Best card. There is 21 different cards in all. These cards are all stamped with either Winner or Best on them. These cards are in mint condition. The cards are in a top loader and soft sleeve.
